Dijonnaise sauce

Ingredients
12 oz pork chops
2 oz pretzels
4 TSP myonnaise
1 TBS brown sugar
2 TSP Dijon mustard
Preparation
Mox 2 TBS myonnaise and 2 tsp water
Cush the pretzels
Dip pork chops in myonnaise and coat with pretzel breading
Fry pork in 2 tsp EVOO for 2-3 min. each side
transfer to 400ยบ baking for 7-8 minutes
Dijonnaise Sauce:
Mix 2 TBS myonnaise, brown sugar and Dijon mustard
Serve with sauted brussle sprouts and shallots
