Mom's recipe
INGREDIENTS
Cottage (450 gr). (may use farm cheese)
1 pkg (300 gr) Spinach (steamed and chopt). | Grated zuchinni
2-3 Eggs
3 Spoon Flour
2 TBS Butter
100 gr FETA cheese
1 oz Bread crumbs
1 oz Grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper
1-2 TBS flax seeds (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredient and adjust taste
pour into 39x13 baking pan
Drizzle breadcrumbs and butter in top
Bake 45 min in hot oven (375ºf)
