Basic Panake dough.

Alternatives:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 eggs

  • 1/2 TBS sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup  flour

  • 1 TBS oil

Alternate keto pancakes:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 2 TBS ricotta

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia sweetener 

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 2 springd lavendar

Preparation

  1. Mix (whisk, or blend) all ingridients by order one at a time and let sit for 10 minutes

  2. Cook pancackes in thin oil (butter, coconut oil, ghee) on griddle or crepes pan.
