Ingredients

A Dry ingredients
2 cups (200g) blanched almond flour
¼ cup (28g) coconut flour
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
B - Wet Ingredients
4 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
⅓ cup (76g) melted salted butter
½ cup (100g) granulated sweetener
⅓ cup (82g) Greek yogurt or sour cream
3 tablespoons (45mL) heavy whipping cream
Assemble:
2 tablespoons (14g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients
Whisk the wet ingredients
Combine using a spatula
Divide mixture into 2 bowls. Add cocao to pne hlf of the duogh
Place in 8x4 pan lumps of the whote and black dough. Swirlle with a chop stick
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted.
