INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
¾ cup (150g) granulated erythritol
¼ cup (60mL) melted coconut oil or butter
½ cup (120mL) almond milk at room temperature
2 cups (200g) blanched almond flour
½ cup (50g) unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder
1 teaspoon (4g) powdered espresso
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
2 ounces (60g) sugar-free chocolate chips
Preparation
INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk the wet ingredinets
Mix the dry inge=redients
add dry ingredients to wet igrediet, mix to combine
Add 2 oz chocolate chips
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top
Spread in lined 8X8 square paking pan
Bake 340ºF for 35-40 minutes.
