Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large eggs at room temperature 

  • 1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract 

  • ¾ cup (150g) granulated erythritol 

  • ¼ cup (60mL) melted coconut oil or butter 

  • ½ cup (120mL)  almond milk at room temperature 


  •  2 cups (200g) blanched almond flour 

  • ½ cup (50g) unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder 

  • 1 teaspoon (4g) powdered espresso  

  • 2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder

  •  ¼ teaspoon (1g) salt 

  • 2 ounces (60g) sugar-free chocolate chips

Preparation

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1.  Whisk the wet ingredinets

  2. Mix the dry inge=redients

  3. add dry ingredients to wet igrediet, mix to combine

  4. Add 2 oz chocolate chips

  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top

  6. Spread in lined 8X8 square paking  pan

  7. Bake 340ºF for 35-40 minutes.
