Zucchini Roll cold
A simple recipe that will surprise everyone! Zucchini Time!

Ingredients:
For the Base
2 zucchini
6 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Filling
250 gr Ricotta
3 cloves of garlic
Dill
Preparation:
Rub one zucchini on a fine grater.
Beat 6 eggs and mix with zucchini.
Spead the mixture over lined baking sheet. Make sure the parchment paper is large enough to be able to drag it out of the pan when baked.
Cut second zucchini into thin rings. Spread the zucchini slices over the entire surface.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake in the oven at 180° C (350° F) for 20 minutes.
Let the dough cool and slip out of the pan with the parchment paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix well ricotta and dill. Taste and add salt and pepper.
When the base is cold, spread the cheese over 3/4 of the base (long side)
Roll the base with the help of the parchment paper.
Wrap the roll in parchemnt paper and transfer to refrigerator for 2 hours.
Slice the roll, and serve cold or room temperture.
